Designer Ahmed Hamdy Unveils Winter 2021 Trends for Men

It is known that winter clothes are among the attire that lives for years in the wardrobe, and the most appropriate purchase is for the clothes that will live with you for years.

So what is the attire that you should take out of the winter wardrobe, and what are the trendy pieces that you should buy for this year and the years to come?

“SEE” spoke with iconic Egyptian men designer Ahmed Hamdy, who loves all that is heritage, ancient, and original, so much that he branded his designs "Heritage".

Many male celebrities have worn his designs, the most recent was Khaled El Nabawy at the closing ceremony of the 4th edition of El Gouna Film Festival, who was a symbol of elegance and sophistication.

Also, Mostafa Darwish caught the eyes at the festival with his dark red suit embedded with gold.

Hamdy stated that the dark red suit embedded with gold as well as the velour suit is very trendy for special occasions.

So, what about men’s everyday elegance?

* Trouser leg

For many years, the very narrow and uncomfortable trousers have dominated the scene.

However, the designer noted that this style has been replaced by a straight, comfortable, and slightly wider leg design that gives the wearer a chic look and proving him with comfort during movement.

* From beige to brown

From time to time emerges a color group that controls elegance, sometimes grays and other times the blue.

Hamdy stated that the beige color and its shades up to brown as well as the navy are the trending colors for winter 2020.

The designer noted that the clothing color combination, which depends on the harmony, is also trendy.

He also stated that a pattern of a small and large check is very fashionable and trendy for winter 2020 and next year as well.

* Velour continuing strongly

Hamdy pointed out that velour is the top fashion trend for this winter and the next.

“The velour is trendy from last year and is continuing for this winter and the next,” he noted.

The designer stated that the trendy colors for the velour are burgundy and very dark green, known as emerald, which will continue for next winter.
