Israeli media published photos and videos of soldiers and officers in the Israeli reserve army, training and conducting combat operations in Ukraine, along with the army there, against Russian forces.

The ex-Israeli servicemen confirmed that they are carrying out this task because they are of Ukrainian origin.

They affirmed that they are not representatives of the Israeli army, but they added that they bring with them a lot of combat experience and martial arts that they learned in the ranks of the Israeli army.

The Israeli newspaper "Yediot Aharonot", which was the first to publish the news, said that "the Israeli fighters in Ukraine refused to reveal the forest areas in which they are fighting, preferring to remain unknown to the public, but they spoke fluent Hebrew.

Yesterday, Israeli newspapers revealed that hundreds of Israelis joined the "volunteer units in the wake of the Russian operation, but the exact numbers are not clear."

Ynet stressed that the official authorities in Israel are trying to obscure the facts about this volunteering.
