Iraqi President Abdul Latif Jamal Rashid left Baghdad on Sunday, heading to Italy on an official visit.
"Iraqi President left the country heading to Italy on an official visit to participate in the World Food Forum organized by the Food and Agriculture Organization," Iraqi President's media office said in a statement.
Moreover, the statement indicated that "Rashid is accompanied during this visit by Minister of Agriculture Abbas Jabr Al-Alawi, Member of Parliament Jabbar Freih Abbas, and a number of officials."
