Iraqi National Security arrested Saturday a suicide bomber who was planning to blow himself up during the New Year holidays in Baghdad, according to the state-owned news agency.
A security force in the provinces of Salah al-Din and Diyala managed to dismantle a terrorist cell belonging to the so-called Diyala sector and to arrest its four members according to judicial orders, including a suicide bomber who had planned to blow himself up during the New Year holidays in Baghdad.
