President Abdel Fattah El Sisi performed the Eid Al-Fitr prayer at Al-Masa Mosque in the New Alamein City on Thursday, according to Presidency Spokesperson Bassam Rady.
Sisi performed the Eid Al-Fitr prayer along with Counselor Hanafi Al-Gabali, Speaker of Parliament, Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly, Lieutenant General Mohamed Zaki, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Minister of Defense and Military Production, and Lieutenant General Mohamed Farid, Chief of Staff, military commanders and a number of ministers and officials.
The prayers started with the recitation of verses of Holy Quran then participants began reciting Eid Takbeers (chants praising Allah).
