The first Egyptian Entities conference will take place on the 12th and 13th of the ongoing July, in Cairo to listen to the entities inquiries, suggestions and to enhance the communication between them and the different governmental organizations.
The conference is in conjunction with the project of the Immigration and Egyptian Abroad Sector which started to build direct communication bridges with Egyptians abroad.
Nabila Makram, Minister of Immigration, announced that the conference includes many issues especially investment and the national identity as well as direct coordination between various entities and the Ministry of Immigration.
Makram added that the conference will be taking place over two days and will witness the convention of several sessions to follow the suggestions of the Ministries, the concerned organizations and the entities' interests.
The conference includes more than 10 sessions to discuss the issues concerning the Egyptians abroad.
Makram pointed that the sessions' subject matters include the governmental services offered to the Egyptians abroad, the educational issues of the Egyptian children abroad, encouraging investment in Egypt and the Tourism sector besides discussing the Immigration Law Proposal openly.
She confirmed that the conference will be a great chance for the country and the Egyptian entities abroad to cooperate to guarantee an institutional mechanism for the unification of the national concepts and then taking advantage of the entities suggestions to invest in Egypt and help the national projects.
She contacted producer Hesham AbdEl Khalik, who produced the heroic movie "El Mammar" to organize a special screening to the Egyptians abroad to deepen their loyalty, belonging and to connect them with their history and motherland. The movie shows the phase before the October war 1973 and what the society indured to overcome the defeat and achieve victory.
On his part, Major General Mazen Fahmy, the Assistant of the Immigration Minister for the Community Affairs explained that Egyptian entities abroad are part of Egypt's national since it plays an important role in the ongoing information, economy, tourism and media wars.
Fahmy drew the attention to the special conference sessions about the investment, the economic reform measures, the ongoing development process in Egypt, Immigration Law and the direct and indirect investment.
Also, he pointed out that the conference reflects the Ministry's consistency on connecting the Egyptian entities abroad with their motherland.
The Ministry has made sure that the topics presented through the sessions reflect all the interests of the Egyptians abroad. These topics have been selected through the constant communication among the Ministry, the Egyptians abroad, and through the preparatory sessions of the participating Ministries and organizations.
