The fall season is here and some people feel increased anxiety when it arrives. Here are tips that can help you cope with autumn anxiety and boost your morale.
Organize your time and do not stress over it, make sure to take a break occasionally, and sip your favorite drink between each task.
Acquire enough sleep at nighttime and wake up early to enjoy the daylight for renewed energy.
Sit in the sunrise and/or sunset to provide the body with vitamin D and make your bones stronger, which improves your health and psychological condition.
Eat plenty of fresh vegetables and fruits as well as drink plenty of water and do not eat too many fats and carbohydrates.
Make plans for your work and what you need to do, write them down, and mark them when you pass one of them to feel accomplished.
Avoid long phone calls that hold negative conversations and avoid browsing news on social media.
Make sure to enjoy your weekend and dedicate it to some me time, including working on your mental and beauty care.
Ignore negative news and negative people and do not burden yourself beyond what you can bear because you will not fix the universe.
Make sure to have green plants or flowers around you at home or work, especially the bamboo as it renews the positive energy of the house.
