The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) predicts hot and humid weather in Cairo, Lower Egypt, and North Upper Egypt, during daylight hours on Thursday.
It is also foreseen that the moderately hot and humid conditions will prevail in the North coasts while South Sinai and the South of the country will see extremely hot weather.
Winds will occasionally occur in Cairo, the Western coasts, South Sinai, and the south of the country.
There are also chances of light rain prevailing intermittently in the western coasts, North delta of Matruh, El Salloum, El Alamein, Alexandria, Beheira, and Kafr El-Sheikh.
Moderate and humid weather is predicted to prevail across the country, at night.
Temperatures predicted for the following cities are: 36°C in Cairo, 31°C in Alexandria, 30°C in Marsa Matruh, 39°C in Sohag, 40°C in Qena, and 43°C in Aswan.
