Hot drinks are important and necessary on cold winter nights, especially for their role in warming the body, boosting immunity, reducing cough, and soothing the chest in cases of coughing.

*Ginger Drink

Ginger is a great beverage recommended if you are suffering from a cough.

It helps in soothing the throat inflammation caused by coughing and contains antioxidant properties that can protect you from colds and contribute to treating coughs.

It can be prepared in several ways, either by peeling fresh ginger and adding boiling water or by adding a little ginger powder to boiling water.
