Egyptian actress, Horeya Farghaly opened up on Monday about the struggles she faced following the failure of her nose surgeries.
In a phone-in with the DMC satellite TV channel, Farghaly revealed that everyone around her, whether the celebrities or assistants had disappeared, stating that she thought that they loved her for her personality.
"They completely disappeared from around me after I stopped working. They didn't even congratulate me on the new year, except for my brother," she added.
Farghaly unveiled that she had lost confidence in herself, as a woman and an actress, and had not looked at herself in the mirror for two years.
The actress stated that she was no longer the same person.
Farghaly noted that she presented a TV series with Fifi Abdo after her last surgery and had received severe comments about her appearance such as "You are nasty", "It is better for you if you stayed at home", and "You became Michael Jackson".
She added that all her successes were completely forgotten, noting that she had starred in 38 artistic work in 7 years.
Farghaly pointed out that filmed TV series "The Witch of the South" while she was sick and her temperature 40°C, even then, her success in the production was not appreciated.
She stressed out that she did not undergo cosmetic surgery, noting: "Why would I! when I was Miss Egypt 2002".
Farghaly revealed that she underwent the surgery due to a broken nose, noting: "After the failed operation, I faced many problems, including loss of smell, taste, and inability to breathe,".
"I had to do 9 operations in 3 years and I'm preparing for another surgery that will be performed by an Egyptian doctor." she added.
