Every year people around the world make New Year's resolutions to follow a healthy diet to maintain health and lose

Here are some tips on getting a balanced diet.

Tip1:

Do not deny yourself any type of food as deprivation makes you crave forbidden foods.

Tip 2:

Yes, starch. It is necessary to eat starch because it supplies energy to the body, though we resort to whole wheat, brown bread, and oats, and avoid white bread and all-white flour products.

Tip3:

Organizing meals is essential.

You should eat three meals and two small meals, however, don't force yourself to eat if you do not have an appetite.

Tip 4:

Eating protein such as fish, poultry, or red meat, should not be disregarded no matter what type of diet you follow.

However, it can be replaced with vegetable protein such as lentils and beans, but it must be mixed with other foods such as rice to increase its nutritional value. Vegetable protein is close in value to animal protein.

Tip 5:

Vegetables and fruits are essential and should be included as snacks.

Tip 6:

Getting enough water is important for health, skin freshness, and the efficiency of the body system.

Do not skip drinking water, even during the winter months, just consume the liquid after it warms up a little.
