Hash browns are one of the most famous and delicious breakfast foods out there but sometimes they can be bad for your diet. So, here is the recipe for a healthy sweet potato hash browns:

- Ingredients:
- 4 ½ cups of peeled and shredded sweet potatoes.
- 4 tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil.
- ½ a teaspoon of salt.
- ½ a teaspoon of black pepper.
- ¼ teaspoon of garlic powder.
- ¼ a teaspoon of chili powder (optional)
- Instructions:
- In a large bowl, add the sweet potatoes, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder and chili powder before combining everything together.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat before adding 1 ½ tablespoons of olive oil and once the oil is hot, scoop ½ a cup of the sweet potato mixture into the pan and flatten it into a patty. Repeat two more times so that you have 3 patties in the skillet.
- Cook the patties until they are golden brown on each side from 6 to 8 minutes before repeating again with the remaining oil and batter.
- Serve hot and Enjoy!
