INGREDIENTS:
2 cups almond flour
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/4 cup ground flaxseed
1/4 cup psyllium husk powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 large eggs
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup warm water
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a standard loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together almond flour, coconut flour, ground flaxseed, psyllium husk powder, baking soda, and salt.
Combine Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk the eggs, melted butter, and apple cider vinegar. Add this mixture to the dry ingredients and mix well.
Add Warm Water: Gradually add warm water to the batter, mixing continuously. The batter will be thick.
Let it Rest: Allow the batter to rest for a few minutes. As the psyllium husk and flaxseed absorb the liquids, the batter will become more dough-like.
Transfer to Pan: Transfer the dough into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for about 50-60 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Cool: Allow the bread to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
Slice and Enjoy: Once cooled, slice the bread and enjoy. It's great for sandwiches or toasted with butter.
