Dr. Hossam Abdel Ghaffar, a spokesman for the Ministry of Health and Population, confirmed that all isolation hospitals in Cairo and the governorates have returned to work normally to serve the citizens.
Abdel Ghaffar added that there are departments in hospitals to isolate cases of Corona that need to be hospitalized, but there is no longer an isolation hospital for treating corona only.
The spokesman for Health Ministry affirmed that the admission of patients to the departments designated for isolation is almost zero in a large number of hospitals.
He stressed that the Coronavirus (also known as COVID-19) has become weak, but it is still present, so protection and prevention are important goals to be achieved to prevent infection.
It is noteworthy that the Egyptian government has decided to abolish restrictions on the entry of Egyptians and foreigners into the country.
This decision was based on the study of the epidemiological situation globally, in addition to studying the epidemiological situation in Egypt.
