Hamas has affirmed that it has fulfilled all its obligations precisely and on schedule, according to Alqahera News in a breaking report.

The movement stated, “The occupation has not adhered to the terms of the agreement and has committed multiple violations,” highlighting that these breaches include delaying the return of displaced Palestinians to northern Gaza.

Hamas further accused Israel of targeting and shooting Palestinian civilians, killing many in Gaza, and blocking the entry of essential shelter supplies such as tents, prefabricated homes, fuel, and debris removal equipment.

Additionally, Hamas claimed that Israel deliberately delayed the entry of vital medical supplies and equipment needed by hospitals. "We have documented the occupation’s violations and shared them with mediators, but Israel continues to disregard its commitments," the group said.

Hamas called for strict adherence to the agreement without selective implementation, emphasizing that the postponement of detainee releases serves as a warning to Israel and a means of pressuring it to fully comply with the accord’s terms.
