Gold prices rose in the local market today Wednesday.
Engineer Saeed Embabi, Executive Director of the “iSagha” platform, said that gold prices in local markets rose by about 5 pounds.The price of a gram of 21 carat gold reached 3,775 pounds, while an ounce rose by about $9, to record $2,685.
Embabi added that a gram of 24 karat gold recorded 4,314 pounds, a gram of 18 karat gold recorded 3,236 pounds, while a gram of 14 karat gold recorded about 2,517 pounds, and a gold pound recorded about 30,200 pounds.
