Gold prices rose in the local market during Thursday’s trading.
Saeed Embabi, Executive Director of the “iSagha” platform, said that gold prices rose in the local markets by about 5 pounds, bringing the price of a gram of 21 karat gold to 3,745 pounds, while an ounce rose by about 21 dollars to record 2,645 dollars.
He added that a gram of 24 karat gold recorded 4,280 pounds, a gram of 18 karat gold recorded 3,210 pounds, while a gram of 14 karat gold recorded about 2,497 pounds, and a pound of gold recorded about 29,960 pounds.
