Prestigious Japanese pro wrestling promotion New Japan Pro Wrestling (NJPW) organized its highly anticipated event Dominion, on Sunday.
The event represented huge importance for the promotion as it was the final NJPW event before its two joint shows with All Elite Wrestling (AEW), and NOAH & AJPW.
A match for the IWGP Junior Heavyweight Championship was set for the event.
In addition, SANADA defended the IWGP Heavyweight Championship against Yota Tsuji who made his return to NJPW in the main event of Sakura Genesis.
Moreover, AEW star and Ring of Honor World Champion Claudio Castagnoli made his NJPW debut at the event.

During the event, NJPW announced the lineup of G1 Climax 33 that included AEW Eddie Kingston, and NOAH star Kaito Kiyomiya.
Also, Bryan Danielson, the American Dragon, challenged Kazuchika Okada for a match at AEWXNJPW: Forbidden Door II.
