The General Union of Egyptians Abroad (GUEA) stressed the importance of participating in the presidential elections in all electoral committees in embassies, consulates, and some headquarters referred to in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs statement.
The presidential elections for Egyptians abroad will be held December 1-3.
The first day of the election will be an official holiday for all workers abroad in the Arab region, the second day is considered a vacation for others, and the third day is also a vacation in the European region and the United States.
The election agents have prepared for the electoral process with all elements, including advertising, support, and means for the mobilization, food, water, and supplies for open places.
Ismail Ahmed Ali, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the General Union of Egyptians Abroad, held several meetings via Zoom with all communities and branches to follow up on all preparations in each country as coordination in the transportation to/from the voting polls is very important.
