The General Investors Division, headed by MP Mohamed Abou El-Enein, announced its support for President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi candidacy for a new term.
Abou El-Enein, the Parliament deputy speaker, confirmed that the Egyptian leadership, represented in President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, is strong and aware of the volume of the challenges facing the state, especially amid the recent incidents taking place in Gaza, indicating that it faces these challenges with the utmost determination and strength because it recognizes its historical role towards the rights of the Palestinian people.
He stressed during the meeting of the General Division of Investors on Sunday, that President Sisi is a unique leader and his word is heard in the international community, because it is backed by the huge capabilities of the armed forces, which was reflected in Egypt’s red lines such as the Al-Jufra line in Libya and the red line of the rights of the Palestinian people in Gaza, and the rejection of the displacement of the people of Gaza.
Abou El-Enein called on the members of the division to urge Egyptian citizens to participate in the upcoming presidential elections so that the democratic wedding is completed.
The Parliament deputy speaker stressed that the House of representatives stressed its complete rejection of what some Israeli leaders proposed regarding the displacement of the Gaza citizens to Sinai, as they seek to change the map of the Middle East.
Abou El-Enein noted that the members of the House also declared their full support for the decisions of President Sisi in this dangerous circumstance, he said:" The world began to reconsider this issue after President Sisi informed them of the truth of what is happening in more than 30 phone calls with world leaders, especially China, which condemned what is happening.
He also warned against the illusions promoted by Israeli leaders because the Egyptian people support the Palestinian cause and people, and does not want them to reside in camps on the borders of their neighbors, as they have the right to establish their independent state in accordance with international legitimacy and United Nations resolutions.
The MP explained the negative effects of the Gaza war and its negative repercussions on the region’s economy, especially countries that depend on tourism, pointing out that the Egyptian economy is suffering due to the Russian-Ukrainian war and the Corona pandemic, stressing that Gaza is a new challenge added to other challenges, especially if other countries intervened, which may spark a third world war, which will certainly affect investment, export and trade.
