The Health Ministry in Gaza announced on Saturday a significant rise in the death toll from Israeli airstrikes, reaching 32,705, with the number of injured escalating to 75,190.

According to the Gaza Health Ministry's statement, "The occupation has committed 8 massacres in the enclave, resulting in 77 deaths and 108 injuries within the last 24 hours."

The statement further highlighted the dire situation, noting, "Several victims remain under the rubble and on the streets, unreachable by ambulance and civil defense teams."

It continued, "The toll of the Israeli aggression has risen to 32,782 fatalities and 75,298 injuries since October 7th last year."

Despite a call from the United Nations Security Council for an immediate cessation of hostilities, the Israeli military continues its operations in the Gaza Strip. In a statement about its ongoing activities, the Israeli army said, "Army forces and the Shin Bet continue their precise operations in the area of Al-Shifa Hospital and central Gaza."

The rising casualty figures underscore the grave humanitarian crisis unfolding in Gaza amidst continued military actions, sparking international concern over the escalating violence and its devastating impact on civilians.
