In a further update, press reports said that Manchester City finalized their deal to capture the services of Egypt's international Omar Marmoush.
According to CaughtOffside, the 25-year-old player is living his best season since moving to one of the 5 big European leagues, scoring 18 goals and providing 12 assists in 24 matches across all competitions, helping his team climb to third place in the Bundesliga standings.
The website also noted that Liverpool’s management has been monitoring Marmoush’s progress in Germany since the start of the 2024/25 season.

Yesterday, the Media Coordinator of the First Egyptian National Football team Mohamed Mourad announced on Facebook that Egypt's International Omar Marmoush signed his Manchester City contract.
Mourad highlighted that the move of Marmoush from Eintracht Frankfurt to the Citizens will be for £50 million.
Marmoush ranks second alongside Harry Kane for goals and assists across Europe's top five leagues in 2024-25, after scoring 13 goals and 8 assists.
