Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry will head to Turkey, Saturday, to participate in President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan's inauguration, the Spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Ahmed Abou Zaid announced.
Abou Zaid added that the Minister will represent Egypt at the event and he was appointed to the mission by President Abdel Fattah El Sisi.
The Spokesperson revealed that the participation of Shoukry represents Egypt-Turkey's ties development recently.
In addition, it reflects the neutralization of the mutual ties between both countries which fulfill the hopes of the Egyptian and Turkish peoples.
