As the school year passes and the curriculum accumulates in various subjects, the student becomes distressed; we offer you five steps to help your children be successful in school.

*The first step

Mothers exercise pressure while using the word, “Study”, a word which psychiatrists and behavioral medicine, stresses that when it is used as a form of command may have the opposite of the desired effect.

* The second step

It is important to provide a good environment for studying and a place to study away from the bed and sofa.

*The third step

Most children wake up at 6 A.M to go to school and return back home at 3 P.M, meaning that they must sleep no later than 9 P.M.

However, boys in the preparatory and secondary stage can have a nap, but it should not last for more than two hours, as the best time for it to be one hour, in order for the body to recover quickly.

* The fourth step

Balanced food that contains essential nutrients of vitamins and minerals requirement, with steering clear from saturated fats that confuse the digestive system.

It is also important to their pide meals after they return from school, and give them a light lunch, which is followed by a snack and dinner.

* The fifth step

Exercising, even for a quarter of an hour, is important. The student can take the stairs to buy something and return to study, which gets their blood circulation pumping and make them refreshed. If you cannot, you can try yoga, especially the laughter yoga.

Laughter Yoga trainer, Manal El-Attar talked to “SEE” about its importance and how it helps children with studying.

"Laughter Yoga promotes healthy emotional development. Children develop emotional intelligence through playing, which they use when they grow up, for now, children do not fully exhaust their physical energies because they sit in front of the computer screens and on phones,” El-Attar said.

“Laughter Yoga encourages children to play and fully express themselves,” she added.

Laughter Yoga helps children concentrate for long periods to achieve the highest academic performance, by increasing the percentage of oxygen that reaches the body and brain.

It also increases self-confidence by encouraging them to express themselves loudly, which boosts self-confidence and develops leadership skills.

The Yoga encourages creativity because it depends on playing, which helps children to think properly and stimulate the control centers for creative thinking in the brain.

And finally... studying and understanding is an art that man learns from childhood through adulthood.
