First Half Ends, Trezeguet Gives Pharaohs lead in Zimbabwe's Clash

Mahmoud Hassan Trezeguet managed to give the Pharaohs the lead after he scored a goal in the 41 mins of the opening match against Zimbabwe.

The hosts started the game so fiercely as early as after only two minutes when Mo Salah drove a dangerous ball across Zimbabwe's keeper Edmore Sibanda.

In the Eleventh minutes. the Warriors forward Nyasha Mushekwi put a cross towards the Pharaohs' goalkeeper Mohamed El-Shenawy.

After 24 mins passed, the seven-time title holders had seven shots towards the Warriors' goal, while Zimbabwe had only one.

In the 28 mins, Egypt's Midfielder Abdallah El-Said began another attack for the hosts towards Zimbabwe's keeper. In the 37 mins, El-Shenawy brought into action as his save denied the Warriors from getting in front.
