Egyptian food blogger Ameera Aboulseoud has small details in every dish she serves that make the taste delicious and distinct from any other methods. One of the dishes Aboulseoud makes is fillet meat, which is always preferred to be served on special occasions.

Here is Aboulseoud’s recipe for the fillet meat dish:
*Ingredients
One kilo of meat fillet, thinly sliced and seasoned with salt and pepper
3 tablespoons of butter
2 tablespoons of oil
*Method
Fry the meat over high heat (3 minutes on each side) in oil and butter.
Remove the meat from the pot, and in the same pot, caramelize two large onions, and cut into thin slices lengthwise (Julienne).
When the onions start to caramelize, add a cup and a half of soup.
As soon as the ingredients boil and the soup is reduced, adjust the salt and pepper, and put the meat again in the pot.
After it boils twice, lower the heat, cover the pot, and leave it for a quarter of an hour.
Bon Appetit!
