Farouk Hosny Foundation Announces 100.000 Prize at Painting Award 2022

Jury members of the Farouk Hosny Painting Award held a meeting, on Saturday, at the foundation’s headquarter to discuss rules and conditions of the upcoming Painting Award's competition for 2022.

The jury of the Painting award included Dr. Aleya Abdel-Hadi, former Dean of the Faculty of Architecture and Arts in Jordan, and Dr. Hussein El-Shaboury, fine artist and expert in design.

In addition, Dr. Ahmed Ragab Saqr, former Dean of the Faculty of Fine Arts at Minia University, Artist Samir Fouad, and Artist Mohamed Abla. Notably, the total value of the prize is EGP 100,000.

In this sense, the first place will get EGP EGP 50.000, while the second will receive EGP 30.000, and the third will have EGP 20.000. Moreover, the foundation will present a number of honorary certificates for unique and significant projects.
