The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) predicts that the country will continue to witness extremely hot and humid weather in Cairo, Lower Egypt, and North Upper Egypt, during daylight hours on Sunday.
It is also foreseen that the moderately hot and humid conditions will prevail in the North coasts while South Sinai and the South of the country will see extremely hot weather.
There are chances of light to medium rain, sometimes thunderstorms, prevailing intermittently in South Sinai, the South of Red Sea mountain ranges, Saint Catherine, Shalateen, and Halayeb.
Moderate and humid weather is predicted to prevail across the country at night.
Temperatures predicted for the following cities are: 38°C in Cairo, 32°C in Alexandria, 30°C in Marsa Matruh, 40°C in Sohag, 41°C in Qena, and 43°C in Aswan.
