The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) predicts that the country will continue to witness extremely hot and humid weather during daylight hours on Saturday.
Extremely hot weather is also predicted to prevail in Cairo, Lower Egypt, South Sinai, and the south of the country.
Moreover, hot weather is excepted to prevail on the Northern coasts.
Temperatures are also foreseen to continue to rise in most parts of the country. There will also be a rise in the humidity, which increases the perceived temperature by 3 to 4 degrees.
Furthermore, the country will witness light mist on the roads leading to Cairo, Lower Egypt, and North Upper Egypt.
Winds will occur occasionally in South Sinai.
Moderate and humid weather is predicted to prevail across the country at night.
Temperatures predicted for the following cities are: 40°C in Cairo, 31°C in Alexandria, 31°C in Marsa Matruh, 45°C in Sohag, 45°C in Qena, and 45°C in Aswan.
