Food Blogger Andaleeb Zohdy Shares Recipe for Vanilla Bean Bundt Cake

Food blogger Andaleeb Zohdy shared how to make this delicious dessert and how to make the recipe a success.

Ingredients

3/4 cup butter, at room temperature – (168 grams)

1 3/4 cup sugar 350 g

3 eggs, at room temperature (190 grams weight before cracking eggs)

Vanilla (preferably natural vanilla)

1/2 tsp salt

2 1/2 tsp baking powder

2 3/4 + 1 tsp of Five Stars all-purpose flour or any flour for biscuits and cakes (360 grams)

3/4 cup of milk (140 grams)

1/2 cup of Greek yogurt or sour cream (125 grams)

Directions

Step 1: Beat the butter until creamy on a medium-low speed, and then begin adding the sugar a little bit at a time until the sugar has dissolved.

Step 2: Add the eggs one at a time while maintaining the same rate of speed until the egg disappears, then add the vanilla.

Note: it is recommended to use natural vanilla, also known as vanilla extract. You can also use any type of vanilla you have and add any other flavor you like.

Step 3: Add the salt and baking materials and beat until they are mixed with the cake mixture, and then put the flour in three stages along with the liquid materials, which are milk and sour cream. Start and end with flour.

Step 4: Put the dough into a tray greased with butter and sprinkled with flour, and place it in an oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about an hour.
