Turkish President Tayyip Erdoğan announced, on Monday, that he will pay a visit to Saudi Arabia next month.
Asked about resolving issues in exports to Saudi Arabia as he left a trade event, Erdoğan said he would travel to the Gulf state in February.
"He is expecting me in February. He made a promise and I will make my visit to Saudi Arabia in February," he said in a video posted on social media, without giving a name.

Speaking on the sides of a meeting in Istanbul, Erdoğan affirmed that trade with the kingdom will be discussed next month.
The announcement came as Ankara is continuing to take steps toward normalization with several regional countries.
Political tension between the two countries began after the 2018 murder of dissident Saudi journalist Jamal Khashoggi in Saudi Arabia's Istanbul Consulate. Later on, the Kingdom imposed an unofficial boycott on Turkish imports in 2020.
The president discussed bilateral relations with Saudi King Salman. A month later, he said Ankara hoped to maximize its cooperation with Gulf nations.
