Dr. Mustafa El-Feki, the Alexandria Library Director, said that it has not happened in contemporary history that an issue dominated the world as the Coronavirus did; it was natural that this matter would concern all people.

However, there are things that should not be forgotten, including political conflicts and regional issues, which existed before the Coronavirus emergence.

Meanwhile, El-Feki noted, during his interview on MBC Misr, that Iran suffers from economic problems, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, Turkish President tries to tamper with the Syrian borders, the Renaissance Dam crisis and the Lebanese economic problem.

This in addition to the important development in Sudan, where it is going through an unprecedented stage. The country is striving to establish stability internally, so that the imposed international sanctions can be lifted.

El-Feki called for the brothers in Sudan to form a deliberate scientific opinion on the Renaissance dam issue because it is a malicious political and not technical and economic issue.

In addition, the Alexandria Library Director explained that Egypt stands beside Sudan to take on its challenges and this will be reflected in the renaissance dam negotiations.

So we must not forget the Dam issue, in light of preoccupation with the Corona virus, as this issue is no less important for Egypt than the Corona,” he added.
