In pursuance of the activities on the sidelines of his current official visit to India, Egypt’s Grand Mufti, Dr. Shawki Allam, met with His Eminence Sheikh AbuBakr Ahmad Al-Musliyar, the Mufti of India, at India’s Al-Futuh mosque.
Dr. Allam delivered the Friday sermon today from Jamiul Futuh, the largest mosque in India, located in the state of Kerala. The mosque was opened recently and it is said to accommodate about 30,000 people.
A group of senior Indian scholars attended the prayer.
