As part of the Egyptian delegation's participation at the World Youth Festival (WYF) in Sochi, the Egyptian Pavilion was held within the Arab Cultural Program to showcase and promote the diverse Arab cultures to the event's 20,000 participants from 187 countries.

The members of the Egyptian delegation were enthusiastic about displaying their souvenirs, which represent the ancient Egyptian civilization, including papyrus and leather products, and distributing them as gifts to other delegations.

They also engaged in dialogues with the international youth about Egypt's history, contemporary life, and tourism attractions. The international pavilion was designed to provide an in-depth insight into Egypt's diverse civilizations, such as Pharaonic, Coptic, and Islamic, and it was transformed into a hub of activity by the Pharaohs' youth.

Many young people from various countries visited the pavilion with a keen interest in learning more about Egypt. Additionally, entertaining games and face painting of Pharaonic symbols were presented.

The head of the delegation, Dr. Abdullah Al-Batash, Assistant Minister of Youth and Sports, and Sherif Gad, Deputy Head of the Delegation and Secretary-General of the Egyptian-Russian Friendship Society, received the guests.

The Egyptian pavilion was highly praised by Arab and foreign delegations, who commended its members for their remarkable activity and efforts in presenting an honorable image of Egypt.

Dr. Abdullah Al-Batash lauded the Pharaohs' youth for their outstanding work in making the pavilion a success.

Sherif Gad also highlighted the youth's excellence and love for their country, which enabled them to compensate for the lack of capabilities and present a successful exhibition, despite missing the opportunity to bring gifts and publications from the Tourism Promotion Authority of Egypt.
