Egyptian artist transforms metro tickets to Impressive works of art

Egyptian young artist Ahmed Mansour has created portraits of prominent figures and paintings of natural themes using Cairo metro tickets.

Artist Mansouer said: “About one and a half years ago, in order to spark my creativity and inspiration, I started making art on used Metro tickets, challenging myself to complete it.”

On this basis, the young talented artist explained "As it was so easy just to pick up a pen and the metro ticket and draw whatever came into my head in that particular minute, and due to the tiny and small size of the Cairo Metro tickets the ‘no rules’ decision prevented me from agonizing too much and thus frequently procrastinating.”

In the same context, the student revealed that this modern unique art has given him an indication of his style, the colors he likes to use the painting equipment.
