The crew of the Lebanese cargo ship "Milan-1” kidnapped off the Nigerian coast, has been freed, according to a number of media outlets.
The crew includes two Egyptians, three Lebanese, four Indians, and a Cameroonian.
In press statements, Adnan El-Kot, the owner of the ship said that all the crew members are in a good health and did not expose to any harm.
It is worth mentioning that, Egypt’s Foreign Ministry said it was coordinating with Nigerian authorities to free two of its citizens after they were kidnapped by pirates.
Saad Shawky and Kyrolos Samir were taken while they were on board a cargo ship off the coast of Nigeria’s southernmost state of Bayelsa.
