Egyptian fashion designer Amr El-Banna participated in the cosmopolitan fashion week 2020, in Montreal, Canada.
This is the second time for an Egyptian designer to participate in the fashion week, highlighting Egypt's name in the fashion industry, and among the countries that participated in the fashion week.

Among the participants were fashion designers from Spain, Italy, France, Canada, Germany, and the USA.
El-Banna's designs had caught the eyes of the show audience and fashion critics in Canada, who gave him high-praise reviews for his stunning designs.
They also praised the elegance of Egyptian production in the fashion industry

* Variety of dresses
El-Banna is famous for creating wedding dresses that address the taste of youth, thus, he presented three different designs of wedding dresses, instead of one as per usual.
He also presented two engagement dresses, and 13 grandiose dresses, bringing the total number of the displayed dresses to 18.

* Source of Inspiration
The fashion designer collection was inspired by the royal era, thus, naming the collection “The royal collection”.
The dresses cut varied between long, short, fluffy and narrow with contemporary touches.

*Fashion glimpses
El-Banna was keen to employ glimpses of frill and ruffles in his new collection, as well as modern designs rich in sophisticated embroidery, which was harmoniously employed.
He also used feathers, which is a top trend this season and the coming next, which was also deployed harmoniously with raffles, and used as a replacement for a sleeve of a dress.

* Spring colors
Colors always expressed the spirit of the collection and its inspiration.
El-Banna presented floral print fabric as well as bright colors and expressive spring and summer colors, such as off white, white, champagne, red, burgundy, yellow, navy, purple, and despite the colorful colors, black, the king of colors, was also present in the collection.
Fabrics and embroidery materials also play an important role in giving the design a sophisticated look.
He relied on the finest raw materials used at Haute Couture such as lace, muslin, damask, organza, and natural silk.
