Egyptian Consulate in Riyadh on Monday launched its new website, seeking to provide a single platform for Egyptian expats in Saudi Arabia to obtain correct information about the services it provides.
The consulate activated a mechanism to measure the level of citizens' satisfaction with the services provided to them, and to apply the mechanism for early booking.
The Consulate in Riyadh used to receive more than 1,200 citizens per day to finish their intended work which placed lots of pressure on the employees especially during the current pandemic.
The consulate has also taken some measures, including increasing work hours, and some services are offered without a prior appointment.
