Egyptian National Carrier "EgyptAir" is set to launch a new airline next month, with a capital of $100 million in partnership with Ghana.
The airline will be based in Ghana capital, Accra, and 75% of its shares will be held by Egypt while 25% will be owned by Ghana.
This comes in accordance with the directions of the political leadership and the Egyptian government to strengthen the bonds of cooperation, support relations and exchange experiences with the countries of the African continent in various fields, including the aviation industry, and under the umbrella of the Civil Aviation Ministry headed by Pilot Mohamed Manar.
