Egypt's Exports to US Grow by 13.2% During First Half of 2022

The data of the Central Agency for Public Mobilization and Statistics (CAPMS) revealed that the value of Egyptian exports to the United States increased to reach $1.3 billion during the first half of 2022 compared to $1.2 billion during the same period in 2021.

These exports recorded an increase of 13.2%.

The value of Egyptian imports from the United States of America reached $3.6 billion during the first half of 2022 compared to $3.2 billion during the same period in 2021, an increase of 13%

The CAPMS indicated that the value of trade exchange between Egypt and the USA increased to $4.9 billion during the first half of 2022, compared to $4.4 billion during the same period in 2021, an increase of 13%.

Egyptian exports to the US market include clothing, plastics, carpets, blankets and fish.
