Khaled Siddiq, head of the Urban Development Fund (UDF), confirmed that the cost of working on the unsafe areas file amounted to EGP 63 billion, indicating that the cost of projects amounted to 1 trillion and 160 billion pounds until 2030, in development and construction file.
Siddiq said, during a phone conversation with the "Al-Oula" satellite channel with the journalist Youssef Al-Husseini, that the UDF has projects worth more than one trillion pounds, including the development of provincial capitals, historic Cairo, Fustat Gardens, and unplanned areas.
The head of the UDF continued that all the projects in which all the services provided to citizens are completed, in addition to providing job opportunities for residents of the projects that have been implemented.
