The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) predicts cold weather to prevail in Cairo, Lower Egypt, the North Coast, and North Upper Egypt, during daylight hours on Sunday.
On the other hand, moderately cold weather is expected to prevail in western coasts.
It will be warm in South Sinai, and the southern parts of Upper Egypt.
Furthermore, Cairo is witnessing strong mist across the region since early morning, affecting the visibility on the main roads and highways.
Also, frost will be witnessed in Sinai. In addition, there are several expectations of rain in north coasts, and the scope of rain could be stretched to the north of Lower Egypt, and Upper Egypt, in addition, thunder storms are expected in Sinai, and Red Sea region, with high threats of floods.
A strong activity of winds with dust and sand to prevail in the very western parts of the country.
Regarding night hours, cold weather is predicted to prevail at nighttime in most parts of the country.
Temperatures predicted for the following cities are: 16°C in Cairo, 16°C in Alexandria, 16°C in Matruh, 19°C in Sohag, 22°C in Qena, and 25°C in Aswan.
