Within the framework of the effective steps taken by the Suez Canal Economic Zone (SCEZ) to accelerate the pace of work on green fuel production projects; It is about to announce the actual start of the first green ammonia production in the Sokhna industrial area during the next few hours.
This comes with the official launch of the Conference of Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP27) in Sharm El-Sheikh, where the pavilion of the Suez Canal Economic Zone in the Green Zone witnessed an extensive presence of Prime Minister Dr. Mostafa Madbouly to the pavilion.
It is worth noting that Egypt has taken clear steps within its strategy towards green fuels, which will culminate in announcing the start of the first actual production of green ammonia in the Sokhna industrial area.
The SCEZ participates in the Green Zone in the New Republic Pavilion, which includes Egyptian ministries, agencies, and authorities; by presenting the economic zone's vision to transform towards a green economy with the help of the economic zone's success partners.
