In a statement by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Egypt said that this includes efforts to establish a parallel Sudanese government, which complicates the situation in Sudan and hampers ongoing efforts to unify the visions among Sudanese political forces, exacerbating the humanitarian situation.
Egypt calls on all Sudanese forces to prioritize the supreme national interest of the country and to engage positively in initiating a comprehensive political process, without exclusion or foreign interventions.
