Egypt condemned the assassination attempt on the head of the Pakistani diplomatic mission in Kabul.
In its statement, the Foreign Ministry affirmed its firm position in condemning terrorism in all its forms and manifestations, calling for the need to provide protection for diplomatic missions, in accordance with international laws and conventions.
Moreover, Egypt also called for concerted efforts by the international community to dry up the sources of terrorism, the statement read.
