Egypt's Wushu Kung Fu team achieved first place and the Arab Championship Cup, which was held in Tunisia from 21 to 26 February.

Egypt's team won 42 medals. In the styles competitions, Egypt won first place with 26 gold medals and two silver medals, and in the sanda competitions, Egypt's team won 10 gold medals and 4 silver medals.

In the overall ranking, Egypt won first place, Tunisia ranked second and Morocco came in third place.

The delegation of male and female players participating in the competitions included 23 male and female players in the style of Sanda for young boys: Muhammad Reda Al-Sayed, Omar Muhammad Ahmed and Ziad Sayed Fathallah. In the youth category: Ahmed Abdel Hamid, Youssef Yahya, Moamen Adel, Moataz Sadat and Youssef Karim. In the Sanda competitions for girls: Hoda Sameh and Judy Mohamed Adeeb and Sundus Zakaria and Joumana Adel and Habiba Ramadan and Mennatullah Mohamed.

In the competitions of styles boys and girls participated Youmna Mohammed and Sundus Mohamed Ibrahim and Yassin Hassan and Youssef Rami and Shorouk Khaled and Hassan Mohammed Abdullah and Ibrahim Abdel Moneim and Ammar Mohamed Ibrahim and Roji Alaa Saeed.
