Nothing is greater for your nails than sugar or salt scrub for your hands and nails. All you need to do is mix some sugar or salt with a few drops of any natural and healthy oil like olive oil, almond oil, or the oil used for cooking.
This scrub will improve the nail texture.
Lemon Oil to Avoid any Broken Nails
Natural oils are rich with benefits, so they would make a great difference for your nails. For example, lavender, garlic, almond, or rosemary oils.
Lavender can support the length of your nails and give them a softer texture.
Garlic oil can get rid of nail cracks.
Rosemary oil can strengthen the nails due to the presence of Vitamin E.
You can use Vitamin E capsules. Just open them, and place the vitamin E extract on your nails.
