Hair requires attention during the whole year, however, it needs a special routine in winter to refresh and activate hair follicles.
So, natural oils have many benefits for hair growth and thickness, as they provide essential nourishment to the scalp and hair.
Here are some types of natural oils that can be safely used on hair and can be found easily in markets. You can also combine more than one oil according to your hair's needs:
Mint Oil: It is the strongest for increasing hair growth rate, as it helps activate blood circulation in the scalp, promoting faster hair growth.
Tea Tree Oil: It fights bacteria and fungi that may negatively impact hair growth, enhancing scalp health.
Coffee Oil: It is one of the strongest oils for stimulating blood circulation and increasing blood supply to the scalp, helping to enhance hair growth.
Rosemary Oil: It increases the number of hairs in a single follicle, which increases overall hair thickness.
Lemon Oil: It helps prevent clogged pores in the scalp, which intensifies faster hair growth.
Arugula Oil and Aloe Vera Gel: Add 2 tablespoons of Arugula oil with the hair shampoo or the hair conditioner as it restricts hair loss, and facilitates combing it, in addition to intensifying hair growth. You can also use this combination as a serum while combing it.
Blending all these oils equally can treat several hair issues such as:
Thin and falling hair.
Scalp thinning.
Stopped hair growth.
Increasing hair follicles and density.
Beard thinning problems in men.
Oil Routine:
Before Washing the hair: Massage the scalp with the oils and you can apply this blend of oils from 30 minutes to a full day.
After that, wash the hair with shampoo and conditioner parabens, sulfates, and silicones free.
You can also gently massage your scalp with your fingertips daily to stimulate blood circulation without using oils.
It is recommended to wash the hair once a week.
Try to avoid using heat frequently on your hair.
