Bread is an essential component and important part of every meal, but many people complain about wheat, which causes some digestion problems.
So fortunately, rice, which is gluten-free, is a better delicious alternative and healthy substitute for wheat flour bread.
2 cups Egyptian white rice (it has to be soaked for 3-4 hours)
A cup of warm water
Three tablespoons of oil
A teaspoon of salt,
A tablespoon of sugar
A teaspoon of yeast
Half tsp of baking powder
Healthy Rice Bread Recipe:
To make rice bread, combine and mix the above ingredients together in Blender first.
Second step: pour the mixture into the prepared cake tin line cake pans with parchment paper, then leave it for an hour to raise and ferment.
Third step: sprinkle a little bit of salt on the face of the dough.
Fourth step: spray the dough with a small amount of water before cooking it
Fifth step: bake it in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for 25 minutes.
Note: Adding a small amount of water to the pan can help prevent the rice bread from drying out in the oven.
