Dr. Ahmed Fouad Hanno, Minister of Culture, issued a decision to aapoint Dr. Rania Yehia, professor of art criticism, to work as director of the Egyptian Academy of Arts in Rome.
Following the issuance of the decision, the Minister of Culture received Dr. Rania Yahya, to discuss the most prominent files and urgent assignments at the Egyptian Academy of Arts in Rome, which is considered the window of Egyptian culture to the European continent.
The Minister of Culture stressed the importance of developing the performance system at the Egyptian Academy of Arts in Rome, in a way that serves the goals of Egyptian diplomacy in investing in soft power, to root and preserve our cultural identity, and to build bridges of intellectual and artistic communication with Italian society, as well as supporting and strengthening the dialogue of cultures between Egypt and European countries.
